Step 1. Pre-reservation
Please send us an email.
We will answer it as soon as possible, confirming availability and other
details such prices and bank details.
Step 2. Pre-payment
At the same time we confirm the availability of the apartment, you are
required to make a pre-payment to close your reservation. 25% pre-payment
of the total rental charge is required. This payment can be made by bank
transfer, Credit/Debit Card, cheque or electronic transfer: (moneybookers,
NOCHEX or PayPal). We will send you complete details.(Banking charges
must be paid by applicant and should never be deducted from payment)..
The remaining balance (75%) shall be paid by the client in CASH or Traveler
Checks upon arrival. Please remember that we will not hand in the keys
until we receive the full rental payment.
Step 3. Confirmation of
reservation
Once the amount is received on our bank account/ electronic money transfer
service, we will send you confirmation that reservation has been closed
in your favour, together with some arrival and departure information and
the house rules.
Step 4. Arrival
If, your arrival time or day changes, please let us know in advance calling
the phone number +44 781 326 6371 (from outside the UK) or 0781 326 6371
from the UK. A person will be waiting to you for 30 minutes in the apartment
to welcome and inform you about all the details of it, at the time agreed.
Please note that the remaining part of the payment
must be paid in cash at your arrival. (Do not forget the deposit, which
will be refunded when your stay finishes. The deposit amount is €200
or £150). Check in time is 2pm onwards.
Deposit:
We will confirm the amount required upon confirmation of the reservation.
The deposit may be paid in UK Pounds or Euros. Deposit will be requested
upon arrival and will be refunded in full after inspection of the undamaged
apartment.
Cancellation:
Full amount will be refunded if cancellation is informed no later than
30 days prior to the beginning of your rental period.
Step 5. Departure
Check out time is 11.00 a.m. The deposit will be refunded and you will
give us the keys. |
