All guests are required to read and follow the House Rules. These are basic guidelines to respect the neighbours living in the community. The rental contract for the apartment is meant for accommodation purposes: eating, sleeping and relaxing, etc; NOT partying! We want you to enjoy your stay in Barcelona and to be welcomed back by friendly faces on your future stays with us!

1. Parties are NOT allowed in the apartments; you are in Barcelona and the party is in the streets’ bars and cafes!
2. Evening QUIET hours
Monday – Friday 22.00 – 8.00
Saturday – Sunday 24.00 – 10.00
3. Respect the noise level when in the stairwell and in the apartment.
